Shadow Work Salt Bath

Shadow Work Salt Bath is a blend of Black Hawaiian Lava and Epsom salts scented in Tuberose, Pomegranate and Dragon's Blood with Organic Jasmine Flowers.

Hawaiian Lava salt is rich in naturally occurring minerals and electrolytes. This variety of salt contains Activated Charcoal, known for it's properties of cleansing and drawing out toxins and impurities from the body.

Use the Shadow Work line to help connect with Underworld energies, and when doing work to heal our "shadow self" or the hidden lower impulses and feelings we tend to repress in our day to day lives. Overactive shadow energies can interfere with our self awareness and the true motivations behind some of our not very nice behaviors and habits. Before we can begin to eliminate these psychic cobwebs we must first face them.

Directions:

Use 2 T of Shadow Work Bath in a tub of warm water to take advantage of the detoxifying abilities of this powerful salt. For a purifying or aromatherapy bath, hot water may be used. Salt baths promote intense relaxation, use caution when exiting the tub, if any dizziness occurs, exit the bath and drink plenty of cool water.
